Like many of you, I too was excited and ready to get surprised by my boyfriend last valentine day! I was expecting he would come with a red flower bouquet and cake in hand. Alas! Nothing happened, instead, he called me, wished me, we said Love you to each other, and our valentine concluded. So bizarre, isn’t it! It was my first valentine, and I was expecting some surprise, at least he could have found a happy valentine day message for girlfriend from messages site and would have read the same for me. But he didn’t! 

However, instead of harnessing sadness, I opted for another way that made my valentine’s day exactly how I wanted it to spend. I’m sharing this here so that you too could make your valentine’s day thrilling just like I did.

When you are in a relationship, stop expecting and start giving. After all, this is the reason you chose to be in this relationship. And when in love, both partners are equal. So, do what you are expecting from your partner!

When I didn’t receive the red flower bouquet from my boyfriend, I brought the one, not in agony but out of love and a nice chocolate cake that we both love. I surprised him with the same, and he was like on the top of his happiness when he saw me doing the same. 

That decision made my day! After this incidence, he never forgets to surprise me!
